I had Chris and his team do my new residential landscaping from start to finish which included a stream/pond and natural stone firepit. Chris consulted with me to see what I was looking for and then took it from there. Chris is extremely particular and very detail orientated. He kept me in the loop on all items and decisions to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I was so impressed by his creativity and work that I then had him do my father's residential landscaping. Chris did an amazing job there as well including a natural rock water feature and stone firepit patio . I can't say enough about his attention to detail and work which he strives for perfection.

I met Chris at the Homeshow last year and he and his team installed a beautiful bubbler fountain in our back yard that was beyond our expectations. I wish we could run it year round as it is so nice to look at and soothing to listen too. We now have a little oasis in suburbia. Chris not only had the expertise to install a quality and easy to maintain system, but also the vision to look at our space and determine what would look best. I would recommend Pristine to anyone wanting a small to large project. Will post a picture of our bubbler soon.

Chris was able to take our vision and ideas and create an incredible urban oasis. We have a long water feature that cascades downhill beside our house. The perfectly placed rocks mimic a natural stream with 3 strategically placed ponds. We have a large number of pedestrians that pass our house daily with many stopping to admire, comment and take pictures. Chris also designed and built 2 large garden rockeries, a sunken rock patio and a rock staircase that flanks the water feature. I would highly recommend Chris and the team at Pristine Ponds to create your oasis.

We chose Pristine Ponds to install a pond and waterfall Oasis in our backyard. After scouring through many finished pond photos online, we liked Pristine's work the most and gave them a call. Within a couple days, Chris met us in our backyard and we talked about what we were envisioning and what our budget was. We didnt have a clue what we were doing, but Chris ensured us he knew exactly what we were after and took over the project. David led the install and he hit it out of the park. He was amazing to work with during the installation and even after it was done stopping in a couple times to offer advice and then to add the lights because they were originally sold out on lights during the install. Our finished product is more amazing then either of us ever imagined and we have new found pride when stepping outside into our backyard oasis.The ONE negative thing I will say, was that communication wasn't top notch leading up to the project starting and left us wondering if we had been forgotten after we paid our deposit. We weren't forgotten and they actually had it installed before the date they had originally said they would start by, but we're the type of people that like to be kept in the loop.Long story short, lol, I would highly recommend this company for any pond or waterfall features and even landscaping as they tied in a large section of our backyard to match the pond.Thank you Pristine Ponds for making our backyard into our dream backyard

Chris and his team did an amazing job on the installation of our gurgler and surrounding rock and plants in our front yard. The attention to detail was evident throughout the install as he made sure every detail was taken care of with our project. Chris was able to lend his expertise in the choice of rock and surrounding materials based on his extensive experience. Chris is always available to support us with shut down and start up and any other needs. We regularly receive compliments on our rock feature from neighbours and people in the area. 5 stars!

I was truly impressed with Pristine Ponds. I had an existing pond that had some leaks and decided to replace it following a very thorough on site meeting with the Pristine Team. The delivery of the estimate was pretty much immediate and they worked tirelessly for three days removing the existing pond and replacing it. The final product looks amazing with several compliments from my neighbors. I would highly recommend Pristine to anyone looking at adding a water feature to their home.

Chris and his team did a beautiful job renovating a half-finished water feature at our place. Although he had to re-do the earthworks, he was able to repurpose the water pump that was there, and saved us a few bucks.We had a rough idea of what we wanted, but weren't 100% sure. Chris combined our limited input with his creativity and vision for the space, and we ended up getting two waterfalls cascading into our pond. What a great surprise! It looks great, and sounds even better!

It was great working with Chris. A thoughtful, hard-working guy that really takes pride in every project. We worked alongside him on a deck, and he took the time to help prep the base, can't say thanks enough. Pristine Ponds is the best in Edmonton for water features.

I was building a water feature with 5 basalt columns and Chris gave me some awesome tips on how it was to be put together and the materials required for the job. I went back to their shop on a couple of occasions to pick up materials and also ask some more questions. Natasha was a great help with gathering my supplies in a timely fashion. Highly recommend Pristine Ponds for any water feature that you need.

We had a small pond and decided to expand. They had great ideas and implemented them seamlessly and in a remarkably short time period. They were very quick to respond to any questions that we had. We love our new pond
